Which type should I pick?
Residential for scraping, checkout, and anything that blocks datacenter traffic. Static ISP when you need the same IP every day, like managing accounts. Datacenter when speed matters more than stealth. Not sure? Ask us and describe the site.
Is there a free trial?
The smallest plan is the trial. Buy 1 GB or a single ISP IP, test it on your target, and scale up if it works. If it doesn't work for your use case, tell us within 24 hours and we'll refund it.
How do I authenticate?
Username and password, or whitelist your IP address in the dashboard so no login is needed. Both work with HTTP and SOCKS5.
Where do your IPs come from?
Residential IPs come from partner networks where users have opted in to share bandwidth. ISP and datacenter IPs are leased from providers. We don't use IPs sourced without consent.
What's not allowed?
Fraud, credential stuffing, attacks, ticket botting, and anything illegal. We suspend accounts for abuse. Scraping public data, managing your own accounts, ad verification, and market research are all fine.
Why not the $0.15/GB proxies I keep seeing?
Those are shared budget pools: slower, heavily reused, and often already blocked on the sites you care about. You end up paying in failed requests and retries instead of per GB. We sell the pool we'd use ourselves, and we tell you where it works before you buy. If a cheap pool does the job for your target, use it; if it doesn't, that's what we're for.
